Contributions or gifts to ROS-LEHTINEN FOR CONGRESS are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, federal contractors and foreign nationals are prohibited.  Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.  Contributions to ROS-LEHTINEN FOR CONGRESS are limited to $2,400 per election from individuals and non-multicandidate PACs, and $5,000 per election from multicandidate PACs.
