We are pleased to inform that on March 18, 2013, the U.S. State of Tennessee legislature adopted House Resolution 48 introduced by Representative Joe Towns, Jr. to commemorate the 21st anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy. Previously, this horrific 1992 massacre of Azerbaijani civilians by Armenian forces was recognized by legislatures in Massachusetts, Texas, Georgia, New Mexico, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
