Philip Chrysopoulos’un haberine göre Türkiye’nin Kapadokya yöresinde yeraltı şehrinde 1500 yaşında Bizans kilisesi bulundu. Kilisede daha önce görülmemiş İsa’yı tasvir eden freskler bulunmakta.

Arkeologlar kilisenin 1500 yıldan daha eski olabileceğini belirttiler.

Kilise tamamen ortaya çıktığında yöre Ortodokslar için daha da büyük bir hac merkezi haline gelebilir.

Kazı ilkbaharda devam edecek.
