We need your help to help our fellow brothers and sisters in Kirghizistan;
DONATIONS
With the tragedy going on in Kyrgyzstan to the ethnic Uzbeks, we are collecting donations of non perishable food items and dry goods. Second hand clothing, blankets, shoes, medical supplies, diapers, tea, soap, and dry canned foods are in great need. With thousands upon thousands of Uzbeks forced to live in …refugee camps along the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border, supplies are limited. Let’s help our fellow brothers and sisters in this time of need. If you are not able to donate any items for the cause, we are also collecting monetary donations. All donations will be collected at the Association Building on Route 46 & Princeton Street corner, Dover NJ on Saturday June 26, 2010 from 12:00 to 8:00pm.
PROTEST
There will be a protest at the front of the UN Building (On First Ave & 47th Street) on Tuesday June 29th between 1-4 pm. The event is organized by Turkestanian American Association.
