The government of Turkey, in primary collaboration with the government\u00a0of the United States of America, has dared to attempt to destroy the duly\u00a0constituted government of Syria. In that process it has funded, encouraged and armed a motley gang of terrorist killers that include numerous members of\u00a0Al-Qaeda and other recognized terrorist groups. The Hatay region of Turkey is being used as a staging area for attacks on a neighboring country, a country\u00a0that until relatively recently\u00a0had enjoyed great favor with Turkey. Hatay, perhaps the\u00a0most enlightened, peaceful region in Turkey, now is under occupation by gangs of\u00a0terrorist killers. The people are regularly accosted on the streets by these\u00a0ruffians, and asked if they are Alevites. You will be next, they are told. This\u00a0anti-Alevite dialogue is fostered by divisive statements made by the Turkish\u00a0government.<\/p>\n
In 2012, a rash of hate crimes broke out in Turkey against members of the Alevite religious sect (20 million in Turkey), an enlightened, modern-thinking\u00a0branch of Islam. (It is important to\u00a0note that\u00a0\u00a0there\u00a0is a long, violent\u00a0history of hate crimes committed against the Alevites in\u00a0Turkey.) Last year,\u00a0verbal insults, beatings, and the painting of threats\u00a0on houses spread throughout\u00a0the country. Inexplicably, there were no statements of warning, concern or\u00a0reproach issued by the government. Making\u00a0matters worse and fanning the flames\u00a0of violence, the prime minister called\u00a0the houses of worship of the Alevites \u201cucube,\u201d a \u201cfreak.\u201d Clearly this should have been\u00a0deemed as \u201chate speech\u201d\u00a0and punished as such under the provisions of the International Covenant on\u00a0Civil and Political Rights, Article 20 (as ratified by The Republic of Turkey on\u00a023 September 2003). Interestingly, Turkey,\u00a0a majority Sunni Islamic country,\u00a0has no specific hate crimes laws.<\/p>\n
And there are many Alevites in Syria. Many innocent Syrian people have\u00a0been murdered by this assembled-in-Turkey terrorist machine. Moreover, the\u00a0citizens of Hatay are daily threatened by\u00a0these terrorist gangs\u00a0that the government of\u00a0Turkey has organized, of course, with the help of the CIA, proven by history to\u00a0be experts in unspeakably violent subversions. These crimes are well known and now well-documented. This lawless behavior, indeed a crime against the Syrian people, and a war crime in terms of the Geneva Conventions, is the supreme insult to all truth, all justice, all morality and all religion.<\/p>\n
As these government and foreign operatives have dared to drag the\u00a0Turkish people through their filth of deceit, lies and murder, so shall I dare.\u00a0Dare to tell the truth,\u00a0since the normal channels of the\u00a0media and the Turkish justice system have failed so miserably to do so. If\u00a0people fail to speak out they become accomplices to this murderous travesty of\u00a0justice. But there is more to this, much more.<\/p>\n
At the root of it all is one man, Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan. A man of great ambition and great scowls. A perpetrator of\u00a0epic police violence against the peaceful Gezi Parl protesters, he and his\u00a0henchmen were also revealed\u00a0to be\u00a0epic story tellers. The entire world has witnessed their performance so there is little to add.\u00a0Since he came to power he has relentlessly embarked on a policy to divide and weaken the republic. Who is this man, Erdo\u011fan?\u00a0Or as Cassius asked the\u00a0reluctant assassins of Julius Caesar, \u201cUpon what\u00a0meat doth this our Caesar feed, that he is grown so great?\u201d<\/p>\n
In the\u00a0Turkish case I suspect American hamburgers and hotdogs. For he and his ilk are\u00a0of them. And now, during these days of tragedy, there are no longer any secrets.\u00a0The truth is as bare as an eyeball hanging from its socket. Blood and death in\u00a0the Turkish streets, poisonous pepper gas supplied by valiant allies like America and Brazil. Government street thugs wielding machetes. Beatings, clubbings, mass arrests. Roundups of lawyers, physicians, anyone who provided humanitarian aid to the protesters. Savage reprisals are now in full sway.\u00a0And threats, threats, threats.<\/p>\n
And of late, the finish of the destruction of the Turkish military, for\u00a0how else to divide and reparcel the once integral Republic of Turkey in\u00a0order to conform to the dictates of its American master\u2019s pipe dream of regional stability? The ludicrous show trials called Ergenekon and its related fantasies that polluted all concept sof legal jurisprudence. Hundreds falsely imprisoned: military officers, journalists, writers, academicians. Secret witnesses, false testimony admitted without cross-examination. Lawyers jailed for making procedural objections in court. It all boils down to\u00a0two words, justice raped.<\/p>\n
Turkey is a nation held captive by the not-so-secret Obama-Erdo\u011fan cabal. This is aided and abetted by its foreign policy, intelligence and espionage operations, and includes nongovernmental freelance organizations, both financial and mercenary. It is a stunning and deceitful array of\u00a0destructive operators. The target? To destroy Turkish secularity, replacing it\u00a0with a post-modern blend of religious fascism and uneducated compliance, a lethal long-term cocktail indeed. But they are adamant to\u00a0once and for all create a compliant Turkish puppet state. And that\u2019s\u00a0where Erdo\u011fan comes in. And Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk departs. And that\u2019s where\u00a0Turkey is today, under occupation by a cabal of domestic ruling (AKP) and\u00a0foreign (USA) powers. The army secular leadership is in jail. The police are\u00a0feral and rabidly loyal to the ruling power. The situation is dire.<\/p>\n
But we in Turkey do live in a wider world though this is rarely obvious\u00a0in the discourses of the two occupying powers. And, believe it or not, \u00a0there are indeed laws that are upheld\u00a0and enforced in this wider world. Below are a few that are being violated by the\u00a0prime minister of Turkey and the President of the United States and the members\u00a0of their cabal. The dimensions are of Hitlerian proportions which was the motive\u00a0force for establishing many of these laws and protocols. We, the real people of\u00a0the real world, should demand their enforcement. The nightmare is here. It is time.<\/p>\n

\n1<\/b>.\u00a0Any propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law.
\n2.\u00a0Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to\u00a0discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law.

\nNUREMBERG TRIBUNAL CHARTER<\/span><\/b>
\nThe Tribunal established by the\u00a0Agreement\u00a0referred to Article 1 hereof for the trial and punishment of the\u00a0major war\u00a0criminals of the European Axis countries shall have the power to\u00a0try and punish\u00a0persons who, acting in the interests of the European Axis
\ncountries, whether as\u00a0individuals or as members of organizations<\/b>, committed\u00a0any of the following\u00a0crimes. The following acts, or any of them, are crimes\u00a0coming within the\u00a0jurisdiction of the Tribunal for which there shall be\u00a0individual responsibility:

\n(c)\u00a0Crimes Against Humanity:<\/b> namely, murder, extermination<\/b>,\u00a0enslavement, deportation, and\u00a0other inhumane acts committed against any\u00a0civilian population, before or during\u00a0the war; or persecutions on\u00a0political, racial or religious grounds <\/b>in execution\u00a0of or in connection\u00a0with any crime within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal,\u00a0whether or not in violation of the domestic law of the country where\u00a0perpetrated. leaders,\u00a0organizers, instigators and accomplices participating\u00a0in the formulation or\u00a0execution of a common Plan or conspiracy to commit any of\u00a0the foregoing\u00a0crimes are responsible for all acts performed by any persons in\u00a0execution\u00a0of such plan.

\nTHE PROTECTION OF VICTIMS OF INTERNATIONAL ARMED CONFLICTS (PROTOCOL 1) (2ND\u00a0PART)<\/b><\/span>
\nArticle 50. Definition of civilians\u00a0and civilian population<\/b>
\n1.<\/b>\u00a0 A civilian\u00a0is any person who does not belong to one of the categories of persons referred\u00a0to in Article 4 A (1), (2), (3)<\/b> and (6)<\/b>
\nof the Third\u00a0Convention<\/b> and in Article\u00a043<\/b> of this Protocol<\/b>. In case of\u00a0doubt whether a person is a civilian, that\u00a0person shall be considered to be\u00a0a civilian.
\n2.<\/b> The civilian\u00a0population\u00a0comprises all persons who are civilians.<\/b>
\n3.<\/b> The presence\u00a0within the civilian population of individuals who do not come within the\u00a0definition of civilians does not deprive the population of its civilian character<\/b>.<\/p>\n
\n1. The\u00a0civilian\u00a0population and individual civilians shall enjoy general protection\u00a0against\u00a0dangers arising from military operations<\/b>. To give effect to this\u00a0protection, the\u00a0following rules, which are additional to other applicable\u00a0rules of international\u00a0law, shall be observed in all circumstances.<\/p>\n
\n
\n<\/b>4.<\/b> Indiscriminate\u00a0attacks are prohibited<\/b>.\u00a0Indiscriminate attacks are:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\n(a)<\/b> Those which are not directed at\u00a0a specific military\u00a0objective;
\n(b)<\/b> Those which employ a method\u00a0or means of combat which cannot be directed at a specific military objective;
\n(c)<\/b>\u00a0Those which employ a method or means of combat\u00a0 the\u00a0effects of which cannot be limited as required by this Protocol; and
\nconsequently, in each such case, are of a nature to strike military objectives\u00a0and civilians or civilian objects without distinction.<\/p>\n
\n(a)<\/b> An attack by bombardment by any methods or means\u00a0which\u00a0treats as a single military objective a number of clearly separated
\nand distinct\u00a0military objectives located in a city, town, village or other\u00a0area containing a\u00a0similar concentration of civilians or civilian objects;\u00a0and
\n(b)\u00a0An attack which may be expected to cause incidental\u00a0loss of civilian life,\u00a0injury to civilians, damage to civilian objects, or a combination thereof, which\u00a0would be excessive in relation to the concrete\u00a0and direct military advantage\u00a0anticipated<\/b>.
\n
\n<\/b>6.<\/b> Attacks against the civilian population or civilians by way\u00a0of reprisals are prohibited<\/b>.
\n
\n<\/b>7.<\/b> The presence or\u00a0movements of the civilian\u00a0population or individual civilians shall not be\u00a0used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations<\/b>, in\u00a0particular in attempts to shield\u00a0military objectives from attacks or to shield, favour or impede military\u00a0operations. The Parties to the conflict shall not direct the movement of the\u00a0civilian population or individual civilians in order to attempt to shield\u00a0military objectives from attacks or to shield military operations.
\n
\n<\/b>8.<\/b> Any\u00a0violation of these prohibitions shall not release the Parties to the conflict\u00a0from their legal obligations with respect to the civilian population and\u00a0civilians, including the obligation to take the precautionary measures provided
\nfor in Article\u00a057<\/b>.<\/p>\n
\n<\/b>Article\u00a052. General protection of civilian objects<\/b>
\n1.<\/b> Civilian\u00a0objects\u00a0shall not be the object of attack or of reprisals<\/b>. Civilian objects\u00a0are all\u00a0objects which are not military objectives as defined in paragraph\u00a02.
\n
\n<\/b>2.<\/b>\u00a0Attacks shall\u00a0be limited strictly to military objectives<\/b>. In so far as objects\u00a0are concerned, military objectives are limited to those objects which by their\u00a0nature, location, purpose or use make an effective contribution to military\u00a0action and whose total or partial destruction, capture or neutralization, in the\u00a0circumstances ruling at the time, offers a definite military of advantage.
\n
\n<\/b>3.<\/b>\u00a0In case of doubt whether an object which is normally dedicated to\u00a0civilian purposes, such as a place of worship, a house or other dwelling or a\u00a0school, is being used to make an effective contribution to military action, it\u00a0shall be presumed not to be so used.<\/b><\/p>\n
\n<\/b>Article 57. Precautions in\u00a0attack<\/b>
\n1.\u00a0In the conduct of military\u00a0operations, constant care shall be taken to\u00a0spare the civilian population, civilians and civilian objects<\/b>.
\n2.<\/b> With respect to\u00a0attacks, the following\u00a0precautions shall be taken:\u00a0
\n(a)<\/b> Those who plan or decide upon\u00a0an attack shall:
\n(i)<\/b>\u00a0 Do everything feasible\u00a0to verify that the objectives to be attacked are neither civilians nor civilian\u00a0objects and are not subject to special\u00a0 protection but are military objectives\u00a0within the meaning of paragraph 2<\/b> of\u00a0Article\u00a052<\/b> and that it is not prohibited by\u00a0the provisions of this \u00a0Protocol to attack them;
\n(ii)<\/b> Take all\u00a0feasible precautions in the choice of means and methods<\/b> of attack\u00a0with a\u00a0view to avoiding, and in any event to minimizing, incidental loss\u00a0of\u00a0civilian life, injury to civilians and damage to civilian objects;<\/p>\n
\nThese principles define a crime\u00a0against peace as\u00a0the \u201cplanning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war\u00a0of aggression, or a\u00a0war in violation of international treaties, agreements,\u00a0or assurances, or\u00a0participation in a common plan or conspiracy for accomplishment of any of the\u00a0forgoing.\u201d
