I paint by holding a brush in my mouth and between my toes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Kuyukov was born in the region of Semipalatinsk, the former Soviet Union&#8217;s main nuclear testing ground.<\/p>\n<p>Many thousands of children were born with disabilities during the nuclear test programme.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Kuyukov has used his painting to campaign for nuclear disarmament for the past 20 years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki \u0130ngiliz Konsoloslu\u011fu kollar\u0131 olmayan Kazak sanat\u00e7\u0131&#8217;ya parmak izi b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in vize vermedi!
