\npay when they’re out of office. And, no more perks go with them.<\/p>\n
\nAll funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security
\nsystem immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system,
\nand Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.<\/p>\n
\nwill rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.<\/p>\n
