One of the shows will be a 13-episode production entitled \u201dJourney to the Aegean\u201d, the filming of which will take place mainly in the Aegean Sea and is expected to begin on September 10 in Istanbul.<\/p>\n<p>According to the online edition of the newspaper Zaman, the idea for the show came from Mary Ekmeksioglu, a chef who met Erdal Murat Akta\u015f, director of the Turkish films \u201cMumya Firarda\u201d and \u201cKirpi\u201d, and decided that they should cooperate on a project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI met Mary at a restaurant in Turkey where she lives. She knows the cultures of both countries very well.
