She said she had discussed the matter with the six-nation group of negotiators &#8211; the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmanparast said, &#8220;I think we have reached an agreement on the time&#8221; but gave no date or details.<\/p>\n<p>The West suspects Iran seeks to build a nuclear weapon.
