{"id":25012,"date":"2010-11-09T01:27:25","date_gmt":"2010-11-08T23:27:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.turkishforum.com.tr\/en\/content\/?p=25012"},"modified":"2014-01-05T21:48:04","modified_gmt":"2014-01-05T19:48:04","slug":"turkey-ready-to-host-iran-nuclear-talks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.turkishnews.com\/en\/content\/2010\/11\/09\/turkey-ready-to-host-iran-nuclear-talks\/","title":{"rendered":"Turkey ready to host Iran nuclear talks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Turkey is ready to host talks between Iran and six world powers over its disputed nuclear programme after receiving a request from Tehran, the Anatolia news agency reported on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-25017\" src=\"https:\/\/www.turkishnews.com\/en\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/turk_iran.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"235\" height=\"155\" \/>\u201cTurkey has made lots of efforts since the start of the process for a diplomatic solution to be found,\u201d the news agency quoted a diplomatic source as saying.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are ready to do whatever is in our power,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n<p>The date and location of the talks is still to be determined, the report added.<\/p>\n<p>An Iranian conservative newspaper, Vatan Emrouz, on Sunday reported that the negotiations would be held by the end of November, without quoting a source.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the European Union\u2019s foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, representing the world powers in the Iran negotiations, said Sunday that she was still waiting for official word from Tehran.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have taken note of these reports.
