“Armenians, I address to you. We will liberate Western Armenia
\nand return to Armenia. Turkey should withdraw from the occupied
\nterritories; we should make it do so. North-eastern Turkey belongs
\nto Armenia, the south-eastern Turkey – to Kurdistan. Turkey has not
\nexisted in this territory, here was ancient Armenian state. I declare
