His Excellency,<\/strong><\/p>\n

While\u00a0 we are\u00a0 getting closer to 24 th of April\u00a0 we have been\u00a0 receiving\u00a0 news\u00a0\u00a0 from the press that you are being\u00a0 requested\u00a0 to recognize\u00a0 the so called\u00a0 Armenian genocide\u00a0 and\u00a0 convince Turkish Government\u00a0 to\u00a0 recognize\u00a0 as well.\u00a0 Armenians\u2019 claims are mostly based on rumours and not valid historical documents. This is the reason why they abstain from participating in a neutral commission or officially and legally apply to U.N.\u2019s Judicial Authorities. In fact, genocide\u00a0 claims must be scrutinized in the\u00a0 context of UN\u00a0 rules\u00a0 and\u00a0 regulations. UN so far recognized the 1945 holocaust and the Rwanda massacres as genocide, both resolved by International tribunals. I want to comment that\u00a0 should our President and the Congress\u00a0 accept\u00a0 Armenians\u2019 proposal will totally paradoxical to U.S. official documents, that prove the very opposite, such as the \u201cNear East Relief report of Dec.31, 1921 voted unanimously by US Senate Congress and Senate. This report makes no reference to any atrocities, almost thanks Turks for taking care of orphans and protecting relief operations. It states that 1.414.000 Armenians are alive. Total Armenian Population in Turkey and Caucasus was under 2 million; this report evidences about 586.000 Armenians lost their lives. Russian Armenian historian and Soviet records attest that 195.000 Armenians died in Armenia during their 30 month Dashnakist Republic 1918-1920. Another Leage of Nations Official Gazette of Sept.21, 1929 officially evidences that 200.000 Armenian Revolutionaries sacrificed their lives when fighting for the Allied Powers (against their home country). US Official records (Captain Emory Niles in August 1919 and General Harbord\u2019s Mission to Armenia, confirm that it was the Armenian revolutionaries who killed all Moslems with \u201crefinements of cruelty\u201d. Does today\u2019s Administration have the right to reverse history or nullify official US documents?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0\u00a0 decision to blame a nation with genocide guilt is under the\u00a0 authority of UN\u2019s OSAPG office and UN procedures carried by special UN secretary for genocide affairs in an international court. US and world documents by thousands evidence the various revolutions of Armenian volunteers, gangs and troops and sabotaging the Turkish Army\u2019s\u00a0 logistic lines, who were fighting British at Dardanels and Russians in the Caucasus. This \u201cmilitary measure\u201d was successful, when there were no homes to shelter\u00a0 and feed them the Revolutionaries evacuated the area. Wrong doings during the war chaos and insufficient guarding of immigrants were punished in early 1916 over 1600 martial courts, whereby over some 1200 suspects were heavily penalized and 67 of them executed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Blue Book was confirmed to be war propaganda and was not accepted by the Prosecutor in Malta trials 1920-1922. The information given by Ambassador Morgenthau in his \u201cstory book\u201d is directly refuted and reversed with what he had written himself in his diary for the same incidents. These are all documented in books available at the Congress Library.<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 When the WW I was over, Allied Armies occupied Istanbul and\u00a0 they immediately\u00a0 searched\u00a0 all archives, including UK and US\u2019 s.<\/strong>\u00a0 Ottoman Government requested\u00a0 five neutral European\u00a0 states\u00a0 to assign\u00a0 judges to study hearsays produced\u00a0 by\u00a0 Armenians\u00a0 and\u00a0 their supporters.\u00a0 While\u00a0\u00a0 the British government decided\u00a0 to judge the\u00a0 accused\u00a0 144 Turkish dignitaries \/ commanders\u00a0 in Malta, the\u00a0 other allied members declined to participate\u00a0.\u00a0 More than\u00a0 two years of search for valid\u00a0 documents by the\u00a0 British court\u00a0ended\u00a0 without\u00a0 a\u00a0 single\u00a0 indictment\u00a0 and\u00a0they were forced to<\/strong> set the Turkish\u00a0 dignitaries free.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0–\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0At any rate the following note verbale of Sir Eric Drummond, General Secretary of the League of Nations, dated March 1, 1920 is definite evidence that Turkish governments were not involved in any banditries or massacres.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 < \u201cFurther, in Turkey, minorities were often oppressed and massacres carried out by irregular bands who were entirely outside the control of the central Turkish Government.\u201d ><\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 US Senate\u00a0 sent Major\u00a0 General Harbord with a delegation to\u00a0Turkey.\u00a0 Gen. Harbord\u00a0 after\u00a0 an extensive\u00a0\u00a0 survey\u00a0 reported\u00a0 to the US\u00a0 Senate\u00a0 that\u00a0 provocations were staged by the \u00a0 British on Armenians\u00a0 to encourage\u00a0 them to join the\u00a0 war against the Ottoman Empire.\u00a0 In his report Gen. Harbord\u00a0 mentioned moslem losses, too.<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0 first PM of\u00a0 Armenia\u00a0 Hovannes Katchaznouni says, in 1923 ; \u201cThe Sevres Treaty had blinded everyone\u2019s eyes\u2026 We now see that if we had agreed on a settlement with the Turks directly (in spite of the Sevres Treaty) we might have gained a lot. But we could not see this point\u2026It is also a reality, an unforgivable reality that we did not do anything to avoid war, but did just the opposite;\u00a0 we created excuses for it.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Armenians,\u00a0 referring to Hitler,\u00a0 use\u00a0 a clause as such; \u201c Who remembers Armenians\u201d . That clause\u00a0 was refused when presented to the Nuremberg trials.\u00a0 U.S. Military archives lately\u00a0 <\/strong>disclosed that there was no such statement in the speech of Hitler.<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dec.17, 2013 The\u00a0 European Court of\u00a0 Human Rights decision states; \u201c\u2026\u2026Moreover, Court acknowledged the fact that it would be very difficult to identify a general consensus in the academic community concerning the legal characterization of the events of the time as genocide. \u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u00a0 kindly request\u00a0 you\u00a0 not\u00a0 to produce a decision\u00a0 using\u00a0 fabricated\u00a0 documents.\u00a0 I kindly request\u00a0 once\u00a0 again\u00a0 you\u00a0 not\u00a0 to consider the\u00a0 proposals\u00a0 of Armenians,\u00a0 but please\u00a0 mention\u00a0 the suffering of\u00a0 both sides instead.<\/strong><\/p>\n
