The Band of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diese 1943 in Izmir mit kulturpolitischem Auftrag gegr\u00fcndete Musikgruppe hat sich im Lauf der Jahre zu einer renommierten Band entwickelt, die Musik \u00e4lterer t\u00fcrkischer Komponisten sowie Volksmusik in neuen jazzigen Arrangements sowie aktuelle Kompositionen vortr\u00e4gt. Bemerkenswert auch in instrumenteller Hinsicht ist die Besetzung mit\u00a0 Hasan Telkiviran\u00a0 (Saxophon, Fl\u00f6te), Ilkay Telkiviran und Bayram I\u015fik (Saxophone), Bayer Tunali (Posane), Suudi Kunduz (Bass) und Engin Tansel (Schlagzeug). Das Konzert verspricht eine von der traditionellen t\u00fcrkischen Folklore oder gar dem \u201aT\u00fcrkpop\u2019 v\u00f6llig abweichende, melodisch gef\u00fchlvolle und rhythmisch mitrei\u00dfende Melange, wie sie hierzulande kaum zu h\u00f6ren ist. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In bew\u00e4hrter Kooperation pr\u00e4sentieren die Deutsch-T\u00fcrkische Gesellschaft e. V. Bonn und Jazz am Rhein e. V. zum vierten Mal ein Konzert im LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn, diesmal mit freundlicher Unterst\u00fctzung des T\u00fcrkischen Generalkonsulats D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/strong><\/p>\n
